Climbing. Bastion Siama – 2 routes

Trip description

A bastion formed rock walls in front of Gis-meteo Station in Siama is one of the most popular climbing areas among the lovers of serious tries. This 120 meters high granite wall is well-prepared and despite of two bolted routes has several undiscovered places for on-sight amateurs. The routes are mostly require the trad style. The first bolt is about 20meters high from the start, so it is kind of permission, if you can climb it than you can clim further up, if not you have nothing to do here. The Siama gorge is one of the most beautiful in north of Tajikistan, so you have chance to relax in fantastic nature plus your climbing. Ivo Wiedmann, Bo White and members of “Ahba” club, prepared the routes here.
