Pamirs – the land of high mountains, beautiful landscapes and turquoise lakes, the untouched nature of which captivates the travelers hearts from the first minutes. Trekking by the lakes of the Central Pamir can be called the most exciting and most beautiful in the world. This journey among the snowcapped tops over 6000 meters through the wide valley of epic landscapes and high altitude blue lakes of various shapes and colors.

You can simultaneously enjoy the colors of alpine meadows and the passage of glaciers and complete all visiting the most hospitable local shepherds in the world, who are always ready to offer a yogurt or a cup of tea with a sincere smiles. This is one of the most spectacular high altitude treks of the world!

We can offer two options of Central Pamirs Lakes Trekking:

The first option is a Loop Trekking, which starts from Batchor village towards Sarez lake, which also can be expanded to different routes and could be ended in Batchor or Bulunkul village.

The second option can be started from Bartang valley via Shtik Lazar pass 4800m and visiting the lakes and landscapes can be ended in Batchor or Bulunkul villages.

Note: If the pack animals (donkeys can not go through the snow the porters will help to carry the luggage up and down the pass. In the other side of the pass we change the trekking crew from Bartang valley to the ones from Batchor, who will accompany us.

Important notes

The car can pick you up from Yashilkul dam or Sumantash as well. The trek can be expanded to Batchor village of Gund valley.
